Say hello to the Novel Sketchbook! The novel sketchbook is an old or forgotten book that has been sourced or thrifted and lovingly re-purposed into a quirky, one-of-a-kind sketchbook. 

The craft of furniture making novel sketchbook is 19 x 25.5cm in size and filled with 200gsm Fabriano Accadamia paper with very light texture, that has been hand-stitched and bound in place. Fabriano Accadamia is suitable for mixed media and can handle moderate amounts of water based paints, however, some buckling of the paper can be expected. 

The sketchbook has the addition of a floral collage on the front cover.

The sketchbook features a pale lavender velvet ribbon bookmark and most pages feature a deckle edge. There are 26 pages in this sketchbook.

Because the books are pre-loved or vintage, there may be some imperfections on the covers and spine. But this only adds to the charm! <3
